Tumbler Care

• Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or rag.
• Do not put in dishwasher.
• Do not put in microwave.
• Do not soak.
• Don't leave your tumbler sitting in hot car.. especially if you live in the South .. we all know summer temps and humidity is ridiculous down here!

Store Policies

• Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL! 
• I work hard to get tumblers out as fast as possible. In most cases starting the tumbler the next day. Cancellations MUST be completed the SAME DAY as the order.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you.
• We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler. 
• We are not responsible for names spelled wrong if they are sent incorrectly. Please double check your spelling.
• Allow 3 weeks till ship date. Saturdays and Sundays are not normally business days for my shop. If you have messaged me on the weekends I will try my hardest to get back to you.

How To Customize Your Tumbler

• Choose your tumbler size and add this tumbler to your Cart and Check Out.
• Take a look at the Glitter Colors page (menu bar at top of page) and bask in all it's glittery wonder .. pick out your favorites!!
• On the Check Out page, there is a box to add a note to us. Add any personalization requests including font, name / saying, glitter choices, vinyl color.
• Once order has been placed, we will reach out to confirm your order information.

We absolutely LOVE custom orders so if you have your perfect tumbler idea in mind but don't see it, send us a message!
